Miami Guide 2016 - This Way

Miami Guide 2016

Let's talk about Miami. I will try and guide you through this cool city that has a lot to offer. Miami is a cool, sexy, and humid... Miami is huge and can be funky and creative but it offers different areas with completely different vibes; Miami Art District, Key BisCayne, South Beach, Brickell/Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, Fisher Island, and many other private islands, etc. etc. All of these areas are very different, so if somebody comes over to you and say "Ohhh, I loooove Miami", then you have to ask where they have been and what they have seen. I have spent most of my time in South Beach, which I think is super cool for a couple of days, because you have the beach, some shops and many many hotels located next to each other on Collins Avenue. I have tried to stay at several of the hotels: Soho House Miami, Delano, The Edition Hotel, Faena, and The W Hotel, and they are all cool but they have a different vibe and style, so it really depends on what you are looking for. I have been with a big group of friends and I have been with my boyfriend and Miami is perfect for both constellations. To me, Miami is a mix of city and beach because they have different shopping areas some less expensive areas than others; Bal Harbour is the luxurious open shopping mall, which is beautiful and there is a sushi restaurant, Makoto, that serves sushi that is too die for. All high street shops are located on Lincoln Road in South Beach. Furthermore, Miami has many delicious restaurants and many of them is a part of a hotel, below are my favorites; If you feel like eating:

Below are some pictures from my last vacation to Miami, where I stayed two nights at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Key Biscayne and then the following two nights at the Faena hotel in South Beach.

Many of the hotels have amazing well-equipped gyms, so there is no excuse to not hit the gym. Here with my Adidas Pure Boost X trainers, Mario Badescu body lotion, and headphones from Frends
